Guarantees

HIRE Education Executives, Inc. stands behind our commitment to perform and deliver the highest quality candidates to the hiring institutions we engage.  We provide a 90-day candidate replacement guarantee for contingent search projects and a 120-day candidate replacement guarantee for retained search projects.  

In the event a HIRE Education Executives, Inc. candidate quits or is terminated during the guarantee period we will replace the candidate at no additional charge.     

The HIRE Education Executives, Inc. guarantee may not apply (at our discretion) if:

• HIRE Education Executives, Inc. is not given the exclusive opportunity to replace the candidate within a reasonable length of time (dependent on market circumstances)
• The fee has not been paid within 30-days of commencement of employment (payment is due upon candidate start date) 
• A layoff, downsizing or reorganization of the position occurs
• A sale or merger occurs
